Noted author, consultant and ASQ Fellow provides program for May 16 SVS meeting

The Scioto Valley Section's May 16, 2000, membership meeting at Moyers Winery and Restaurant just west of Manchester was a resounding success.

The tour of the Winery was very enlightening, and the food and the view of the Ohio River were great. but the most outstanding aspect of this meeting was the speaker. Terry Regel, ASQ Fellow, noted author, lecturer and management consultant on the subject of quality auditing, traveled all the way from Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, to speak to Section members on the subject of assessment strategies.

Regel proved why he is an ASQ Fellow and a successful author and consultant. His presentation was prepared, professional and polished. Mr. Regel congratulated Scioto Valley on its attainment of Section status, addressed the subject of assessment strategies very solidly, talked about Quality Audit certification, and ended with a discussion of the mission, history, status and benefits of membership in the Quality Audit Division.
